I meant to put                     "After you wire the car, set the ALARM to automatic transmission mode IF you have an automatic and thats it"

The brown wire (brake shutoff)from the 5901 to the +positive brake feed, yes i have. Unless there is another wire I am not aware of.

The brown wire should be connected to the wire that goes pos when you press the brake but I think you've done that correctly or it wouldn't R/S in the first place.

Also is there a second ignition? Have you tested for it that you haven't connected up? That might explain it.

Thanks fpr the response, yes the brown wire goes connected to the lead that turns positive when you step on the brake and second ignition is connected. Thanks.

FIRST IGNITION_______PINK--->to the RED / GREEN wire of the switch harness

SECOND IGNITION_____PINK/WHITE--->to the BLACK/ GREEN wire of the switch harness

This might be clutching at thin air but change around ignition 1 and ignition2 and connect the orange to the acc.
