Do you know who make such a beast most of the ones I have are 3 channels max.

not sure of rf based, but a compustar will let you have more than 8 outputs easily.

dei 519h2...shown as a garage door receiver. has six channels, programmable to the usual dei options. different remote/ receiver options available also.
