According to Bulldog Security, the 2009 and 2010 are the same.  http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/bdnew/vehiclewiringdiagrams.asp

I don't believe they are using 80 bit keys on the Tacoma yet.  ( 80 bit key has a "G" stamped on the blade. )  A DEI PKALL should work.  Here is a link to the PKALL info, check the Tacoma Install guide for connector location, etc.  http://www.xpresskit.com/product.aspx?productid=196

Soldering is fun!
