o and this car is june of 99 so it has 98 a6 wiring instead of 99 wiring

the aps997 alarm goes off and also this car is june 99 so it has the 98 wiring in it

No some of these have priority control, require 2 x 0.8sec (that's your a/vox default) to unlock.
To raise windows you need to EXTEND the lock pulse time wise, e.g. 15 seconds.

I have the same car and when I remote start, the dome light turns on and the car starts and then the dome light turns off afterwards. If you have the system attached to the dome light for door trigger, this will cause the alarm state. You will need to wire in a relay as well as diodes to isolate the dome light trigger from the alarm CPU or grab the door trigger wires independantly and diode isolate them.
