Well guys...the answer to your problems should be this.....

on the passenger rear side take off the part of the rear seat that sits right next to the actual seat...might sound confusing...but its long and vertical and looks like its apart fo the seat  but isnt....

There should be a keyless entry box right there(black box)   should be able to find the wires there.....please use meter.......that should work....def use a meter tho as air bag wires might be found in the black box....

Here is my problem:  I don't know what to hook up, do I have to use them both or what?

These were took directly from the instruction manual

PIN 7: VIOLET WIRE: (+) DOOR TRIGGER INPUT

Connect to Positive type door switches that show +12 Volts when the door is open and Ground when the doors are closed. Positive type door switches are found on many Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles.

PIN 10: GREEN WIRE: (-) DOOR TRIGGER INPUT

Connect to Negative type door switches that read ground when a door is opened and 12 volts when all doors are closed or connect to the circuit that triggers the vehicle’s dome
