hello,
I have an alarm and have put its ignition wire on the BLACK/ white ignition wire"S" on the ignition pin. Are there supposed to be two wires? it doesn't look like their working either, since i can't get into programming mode and the fact that my car is turned on or off is ignored by the alarm.

I only saw '07 listed here so I pulled the following from Code Systems website.
2006 Pontiac Vibe
Battery         BLACK      (+)        IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Ignition 1 BLACK / YELLOW (+)     IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Ignition 2 BLACK/ WHITE (+)     Ignition Switch Harness
Accessory 1 BLUE/RED     (+)     Ignition Switch Harness
Starter 1   RED          (+)     IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
You should probably test the wires before hooking them up to ensure you are using the right one. Looks like you have 2 ignition wires and you're currently hooked up to ignition 2.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply, and sorry mine is so late, but the two ignition wires are both black and white, the white stripe on one, is smaller than the other though. I've tried the BLACK / YELLOW one, had no effect.
I'll let you know if i can figure it out.
Thanks
