Hello,
I just finished doing a remote start on a 2006 mazda 6 and all functions work well except the fact that the factory alarm goes off when i remote start the car. The car does remote start and does stay running. Anyone have any ideas ? Can i send the second status output directly to the keysense wire, will that disable the factory alarm during the RS sequence?
Any help is appreciated
Thanks

You can use the Second Staus Output but will probably need to convert it with a relay from (-) to (+).

AudioVox info :

Alarm Disarm  WHITE/ BLUE  (+)  IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS

Bulldog Info :

KEYSENSE  WHITE/ BLUE (+)   IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS

FACTORY ALARM DISARM   Disarms with KEYSENSE Wire   IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS

Soldering is fun!

Yea, thats exactly what i did. Im having problems with the remote start now though, sometimes the remote start wont start the car. Its like the car barely even cranks. I changed the crank time to 1.0 seconds and it didnt seem to help. Anyone have any ideas ?
