The Factory Alarm system has nothing to do with having an ignition key transponder system.  If you
have the Gray ignition key, then you will need an immobilizer bypass.  Easy test : Buy a key at the
local hardware store or Home Depot for $1.89 and try to start / drive the truck.
The are many good bypass modules available for the truck shouild you need one.
Soldering is fun!

I have the BLACK key so I am good there, thanks. I also know know how to hookup the actuators, the following wires are ones I am not sure if i need to hook up or not:
H1/4 Parking Light Isolation Wire-Pin 87 of onboard relay
H1/6 Door Trigger Input (+)
H1/7 Instant Trigger Input(-) (N/C or N/O)
H1/8 Door Trigger Input (-) (N/C or N/O)
H2/12 200mA Accessory Output
Do I need to hook these wires up? and if so where to?

H1/8 to : (below is note3  from Bulldog Web Site for your truck)  If you don't diode isolate the door wires, you could end up with false alarms.  I found out the hard way on a Ford Focus.  There is a diagram on the bulldog site as an example.

NOTE *3 the DRIVERS DOOR is a TAN (-), the DRIVERS REAR DOOR is a TAN/ORANGE (-) or a PURPLE / ORANGE (-), these wires are in the DRIVERS KICK PANEL. The PASSENGE DOOR is a TAN/RED (-) and the PASSENGER REAR DOOR is a TAN / YELLOW (-), these wires are in the PASSENGER KICK PANEL. When connecting to an ALARM SYSTEM, use all 4 DOOR TRIGGER wires and DIODE ISOLATE. to connect, See DIAGRAM  on Bulldog website.

H1/4, H1/6, H1/7, should not be needed.

H1/12  will need a relay setup to feed your second accessory. If you have a second assessory. Listed as Orange (+)
