Hello
I've been shopping around for a car alarm / remote car starter.
This system installed in a 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. The price is 280.000 installed, Power door locks and and a power trunk. Remote start.
So is this a fair price and a decent system or should I look for a different brand ?
The company installing it will warranty it for as long as I own the car.
Thanks

My preference is DEI (Viper/Python/Clifford/etc) but Omega/Excalibur makes decent products, I have installed a few over the years and never had any problems. In our area that $280 price is more than fair for a system that includes remote start with security, keyless and trunk release even on a car that easy. The 'lifetime' warranty on the unit and installation is pretty much standard for any reputable shop.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.
