I installed an avital 4113 withan xk09 in an 05 nissan titan. I programmed the xk09 and remote started the vehicle and I worked. Then I tried again and that time it didn't work it juast cranked. So then I tried reseting the module and reprograming it and then still nothing its like the module isn't even doing anything. So I did the true test and put the key in the ignition in the off position and remote started the truck and it started right up.
Could this be a defective xk09?
Thanks

You should use the dlpk. I have found them to be FAR more reliable than the XK modules.
