I have searched and found a few topics about this, but I cannot get this system to delete all transmitters.  This is the first time I have ever had to delete any remotes, and I am having no success.  With the ignition on, 12 pushes on the program button and then hold, then what is the correct next step?  I have tried pushing any button on a programmed transmitter but it continues to work after I exit the feature by turning the key off.  I know this should be a simple task, but I am struggling and need some guidance.  Thanks ahead of time.

excerpt from the installation manual of a 560XV (probably the same for yours)

The learn routine may be locked if previously programmed using the Bitwriter®. If the horn generates one long honk when attempting to program the unit, the learn routine is locked and must be unlocked using the Bitwriter® before proceeding.

If your system moves you physically and not emotionally, you have wasted your money.
