apx4361 going into trouble

I have a APX4361 4 channel amp it keeps going into protect mode and flashing blue once break then 3 flashes break then repeat.
It has been happening quite frequently lately and
more so when the volume is turned up higher what does this problem appear to be?

dont know alot about them. whats the rms power rating, what are you pushing with it, ohm load and  size of power/ground wire you have.

sorry should of said it's a Clarion APX4361 it's a 4 chan amp
680W peak 90W X 4 at 4Ohm
Pushing Clarion splits that are 75W RMS out of the front
I don't have the rears connected at the moment
I'v got 4 gauge power and earth and the earth is well earth to the chassy
