for the parking lights it says i need to use a 590 ohm Resistor but radioshack dont have it they only have 560 ohm or 680 ohm so can i just use the 560 ohm Resistor for the parking lights?? plus what kind of relay do i need for the parking lights?

You could buy the 560 ohm and the 33 ohm and connect them in series.  Not sure how critical the exact value is.  The relay is a standard Bosch style 30/40 Amp SPDT relay.  Get one with the 5 pin harness, saves some time.

so i can do like 500 plus 90 to make up 590 ohm just put like 500 on top and 90 below? can i get the relay at autozone??

Yes connect the resistors in series, any combination that adds up to 590.  Good idea to verify with Digital Multi Meter.  Most better auto supply stores have the relays.
