And you need to have the pink wire on the PKALL running to the ignition wire on the remote start. Sounds like the bypass is not programmed correctly not allowing the truck to crank.

Working on hooking up a Viper 5901 RS to my 1999 F150 XLT. I was wondering what IGN and ACC wires I need to hook up. I have 4 wires that show 12 + when at ON position and 2 at ACC. and ON position. Do I need to hook up all 4 wires for IGN and the 2 wires for ACC. or can I get away with 2 IGN wires and 1 Acc. that come out of the remote start. Here is the list of colors and what they show on my truck.
RED / Black 12+ at IGN
Grey / YELLOW 12 + at IGN
BLACK/ Green 12 + at IGN
Blue/Green 12 + at IGN
2 GREEN/ Purple 12+ at Acc and IGN.

Here is info from Bulldog:

12 VOLT CONSTANT            YELLOW (+) and LIGHT GREEN/ PURPLE (+)    IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
STARTER                     RED / LIGHT BLUE (+)                       IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
IGNITION 1                  DARK BLUE/LIGHT GREEN (+)                IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
IGNITION 2                  RED / BLACK (+)                            IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
ACCESSORY /HEATER BLOWER 1   GRAY / YELLOW (+)                          IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
ACCESSORY /HEATER BLOWER 2   BLACK/ LIGHT GREEN (+)                    IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS

Here is info from Audiovox:

Battery                     GREEN/ PURPLE OR YELLOW                  IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Ignition 1                  RED / BLACK OR BLUE/GREEN                  IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Ignition 2                  GRAY / YELLOW  (+)                         IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Ignition 3                  DARK RED / BLACK  (+)                      IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Accessory 1                 GRAY / YELLOW OR BLACK/ WHITE               IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Starter 1                   RED / LIGHT BLUE  (+)                      IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS

You might want to double check the wires.  First test should be with ignition switch at OFF position

to locate the +12v Battery wires.  I believe the Bulldog info works well.  Use the Viper Flex Relay
for IGN2. Obtain a 30/40 Amp SPDT relay for ACC2 and wire as follows:
Relay Pin 86 and Pin 87 to +12v constant thru 20A fuse.
Relay Pin 30 to vehicle ACC2.
Relay Pin 87A not used - insulate.
Relay Pin 85 to Viper (-) 200 mA Starter Output Violet wire.

Soldering is fun!

Thanks for getting back to me, I tiple check the wires. I tested at off position and come up with 2 12 + then went to Acc and came up with the 2 listed then went to on and came up the the 4. All the diagrams I read say to use Grey / YELLOW for Acc. but this is not what the testing shows. I don't want to hook up to the wrong wires. What do you all think?

Go to the downloads section of this site and download the install manual for the Viper 5701. Starting on page 13, it will explain how to find and test for the wires you need.  See if that gets you in the right direction.   The 5701 and 5901 are similar as far as wiring goes.  Does yours have a 18 pin harness?

When all else fails, Read the Instructions

Yes, this is the new viper with the 18 pin connector. I am pretty sure I measured the volt correctly as I used to be MECP Certified and was in Auto Collision. I am just unfamiler with this system as I have never installed a viper before and Never in a vehicle with this many Ign. wires. Has anyone installed one in a 1999-2003 F150 if so what Ign. and Acc. wires did you use? Will the remote start work if I only hook up 2 Ign. wires and 1 Acc. wire. The two Acc. wires are the same so not sure if that will matter or not. If I need to hook up all 4 Ign. wires, How many Relays should I use?

These are the Wires in my Ign harness. and what they read minus the small gauge wires.
Two Yellow wires at 12+ Constant
RED / Black 12+ in on position
Grey / YELLOW 12 + in on position
BLACK/ Green 12 + in on position
Blue/Green 12 + in on position
Two GREEN/ Purple wires at 12+ in Acc and IGN.
Do I need to add any relays in this. Sorry for the hassle.

You need to turn the key to test for ACC and Ignition power. ACC will drop to O volts turning crank, Ignition should drop around 10-11 volts.
According to Canada DirectTechs...
Grey / YELLOW - ACC
RED / Black - 2nd ACC
Blue/Lt Green - Ignition
RED / Blue - Starter
Yellow or GREEN/ Purple - 12V

Shouldn't need any additional relays

Ok I have everything hooked up right and the Bypass programmed. I think I may have to add the rest of the IGN wires as all it does is crank. As of right now I have these wires hooked up:
RED / Black to Ign. 1 Pink wire
One Grn/Prpl to ACC. Org wire
Grey / YELLOW to Ign. 2 Pink/Wht wire
Do you think I will need to add a couple relays and hook up the BLACK/ Grn and Blue/Grn wires for the Ign. Sounds like it is not getting Spark or Fuel which leads me to believe one of these other two wires control that.
