If you are going D2D, then the Viper jumpers should be horizontal.  ( D2D only saves you two wires. )   Connect to a main ignition switch Ignition wire, not the PATS connector ignition wire.  The thick Blue/Green should be fine.

Thanks, I think having it connected to the RED / Black is not allowing it to program. I am going to try switching it to the Blue/Grn tomorrow and see if that helps. Thanks for all the Help guys. I hate first vehicles, they take so long. Give me another F150 and I can have this thing installed in prob less then 2 hrs.
