Here's what I got.
I had a customer come in the other day with a factory VHS unit with a overhead TV. The customer wants to replace the VHS with a DVD player. I'm bringing the car into the shop tomorrow to tear it apart & see what I have to work with but I just wanted to get a heads up on this vehicle if I could. As of now, I was thinking about adding a 12v dvd player in place of the factory VHS player but my question is can I integrate with the factory wiring by soldering in a A/V cable in with the factory harness? Or, would I be more inclined to run my own rca's to the AUX input on the factory screen. I would rather not go this route cause I would like to keep the install as clean as possible. If I can integrate with the factory wiring does anyone have info on the factory wiring. Also is there any other parts that I may need.
Thanks for your support! You guys are awsome!
I drink current, eat ohms, and bleed voltage
