I have an audioque 18" currently in an approx. 6-7 cu. ft. enclosure tuned at approx. 35 hertz. if i invert it how much will my tuning drop? will it make that much of an audible differnence?

If the volume displaced by the woofer is less than 10% of your total enclosure volume (and it is), then there will be no audible difference. You MIGHT be able to measure a difference, but hear it? Never.

but if you are close enough to the inverted woofer, you may wind hear noise from the voice coil venting hole on the backplate.
