I have a 2001 dodge caravan and I am installing a prostart 5010. Everything is hooked up and the starter works will but when I put the key in the ignition and trun it to the run position the van try's to start without me turning it to the crank position what did I do wrong. I also have power to the starter wire all the time can anyone help thanks

The 01 Caravan has 2 starter wires, one is a standard positive trigger the other is a ground through 180ohm resistor. How did you wire the relay for the second starter wire? Also, post back what you have tried during your troubleshooting already.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.
