I am not able to view the video, so I don't know what is happening.

Is it possible the you need a two presses of the remote start button to activate the remote start.

Try pressing the remote start button until the amber light on top blinks twice, release it then press it again quickly until the amber light on top blinks once, then release. Try it a few times as it is a timing thing of the buttons. This might get the remote start to work. Make sure the hood is down.

Finally, I found a solution on this post: https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=119408&tpn=1&PN=1.

I reset the module by removing the 15amp fuse and left it for a minute. After inserting it back, everything functioned normally.
