Easy to tell if it has an amp or not. Pull the radio and connect a 9 volt battery to the gray/tan wires for front speaker. If it "pops" there is no amp, if it doesn't then it does. Pulling the radio in a H3 takes all of 4 minutes. Nice to retain the accessory after key off that is offered from the module also.

I recently did 2 H3's, 06 and 07 and both had an amp. Directed lists it in the left rear Q panel.

For Metra the GMRC-01 gives you everything but onstar. the GMOS-01 gives you everything but the onstar and the door chime

If he COULD care less, then why DOESN'T he care less? Is he worried just a little bit about the chimes, OnStar, etc.?
OOOhhhhh... He COULDN'T care less... I get it now. He isn't worried the tinest bit at all about the chimes, OnStar, etc.

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
