ok so ive had my avital stand alone RS for right around a year now and .....com had python 702's on sale so i got one. almost everything works fine but i remember there was something about the yellow ign wire that i cant put myh finger on. when i remote start the car the alarm goes off. do i connect the yellow wires from both systems? the python was refurbished so no book and i couldnt find it online so i used the manual for a 323 but it got dark and started raining on me.

Did you connect the yellow ign wire from the 702 to the ignition wire in the car? If so disconnect it and connect it to the yellow wire from the remote starts secondary harness.
