Guys, I didn't find a time to try this until yesterday.
I did everything what you told me and based on Kregs diagram, but still nothing.
I got same thing like without relays. I can unlock, but I cannot lock the door.
I checked relays (it works), resistor (I got 46.7K Ohm), remote start module sending signal for unlock and for lock (so, works), but still I cannot lock the door.
Any idea guys?

Ground the wire either side of the resister to see if the lock and unlocks work.
If so then ground your relays at the 85 terminals (the two wires from the alarm.
If so the test the lock outputs from the alarm (each should go to ground for 0.8 seconds) when you arm and disarm.
The three tests above should tell us whether you have a faulty resister, bad relays, bad unit or you've done some bad wiring.

Howie, I have to be honest, I didn't understand your post.
"Ground the wire either side of the resister" - I need to use two wires, connect it to both side of the resister and ground it or??
Yesterday, I removed the lock wire and I leave just the unlock wire connected. Unlock is still worked.
"If so the test the lock outputs from the alarm (each should go to ground for 0.8 seconds) when you arm and disarm." - I don't understand what I need to do here!?
Sorry, but I know little bit about electronics, so I need to ask you what you actually mean, because I don't want to burn my car. :)

I'm just trying to lead you through self testing diagnostics to find and eliminate the problem.
All you need is a DMM and or a test light. If you don't understand what I'm getting at you really shouldn't be attempting this.
Perhaps some of the other posters have some comments to enlighten you.
