So I got a code alarm from autoalarmpro and I'm having a few issues. The first is that, I cant get the flashlogic bypass to program. I have a 2007 ford explorer. During the first key turn the light turns green, but when i take the first key out and put the second key in, nothing happens... the module LED is supposed to turn red... So i cant get it to program. Any suggestions?

Which Flashlogic bypass module? There are 3 listed for your vehicle.
Was the module flashed with the correct firmware?  Two of the modules ( FLCAN & FLTB1 ) must be
flashed with the correct firmware prior to use.
Did you set the Install Mode and lock it in prior to the programming attempt?  Either Data Mode or
Standard Mode depending on the connection(s) to the remote starter.
Are the two working keys you are using to program the bypass both unique Factory keys?  Cloned keys won't work.
Soldering is fun!

They are both ford Keys. The module is FLC-TB-FM (FLTB1). The company was supposed to flash it for my specific vehicle prior to mailing it out to me. Set to install mode? Would that be pressing the program button until it stays lit for 2 seconds then turns off?

Just before the programming section in the install guide is the instructions for setting the Install Mode.  One Blink for Data and two blinks for Standard W2W mode.
