Thanks Howie

I hooked up a test light to the siren wire.  That way I could play with it without going deaf.  I never did find the main module, I believe it is tucked behind the radio.  I now have they system working except for the door locks.

Look for two wires from the main unit to a pair of relays, the relays should also have a joint ground and a constant 12v+ feeding them with two wires going to the drivers door if this didn't have pop-up headlights, if it did two going to each door.
Bet they've either lost their ground or there's no 12v+ constant, fuse failed?
If this vehicle had the pop-up headlights, because of the inside door layout it was an absolute nightmare to get aftermarket power locks to a work and b stay working! I would refuse to install them on the basis of guaranteeing one's labour.
