I've always used DEI on the Honda's I've done and its never let me down. Have you looked at the ignition switch to see what is there?

No, as I said earlier I will be digging into this weekend... Just trying to do as much preliminary before the initial dig in... I will keep you posted... Thanks for all you help...

should have no issues with this vehicle. i owned one and they are cake to install alarm/start, easier if start and keyless.
