I have a Python 4203 with a PKUMUX installed in a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel. I can get it to start for 2 seconds and then it shuts off. In programming the bypass unit, I feel like I did it right. Is there a way to reset the PKUMUX or try and get it to re-learn the transponder? Where should I go from here?

Update, now it will not start at all with either the remote start or either of the keys. With the key on, the security light flashes quickly. It will crank with both, but no start.

Remove the bypass and make sure you can start with the keys at least

If removing the bypass allows the factory key to work then how do you have the bypass connected? It sounds like the vehicle is sensing both keys at the same time. Make sure you used the r/s ground out when running so that it is only activated during remote start.
