This is a great thread, thanks for the information.
I am working on an install of an Audiovox APS-57C on my 2007 FJ (auto). It has two IGN output wires on the remote unit harness.
Will I still need to use a relay for the ignition wires on the FJ harness or will this work as it is?
Secondly, can anyone confirm whether or not I will need to use a security system bypass on this vehicle? My key is stamped with an "L"--however it is just a normal looking key with a separate FOB so I think its just a standard key. I have three keys total so if I need to hide one in the car someplace I can? Need some clarification there if possible. THanks!!
