Hello guys, im doing a1998 town car(limo) with pats, i bypass this alaready ,i got everything done, but when i activate the remote start the check engine turns on, with the key everything is ok, but like i said with the autostart this happens, this car requires two extra accessories, which the autopage alarm provides, is there a difference if i use the 3rd ignintion ouput, intead of the 3rd accessorie output? or is this the problem thanks

the wire guide lists this vehicle has 2 accessory and 2 ignition wires.
your problem is most likely caused by not powering up an ignition.
you can test if its ACC or IGN by turning the key onto those positions, then remote starting to check if the light is still there.

12volts      yellow      +      ignition harness
Starter      RED / lt. blue      +      ignition harness
Ignition      WHITE/ yellow      +      ignition harness
Second Ignition      pink/black      +      ignition harness
Accessory      BLACK/ lt. green      +      ignition harness
Second Accessory      gray / YELLOW      +      ignition harness
Notes: This wire must be powered as an accessory. If powered as a 2nd ignition the gauges will not function properly.
I agree to check your ignition wires first, then make sure your 2 accessory wires are setup as Accessory only. Not 3rd ignition.

I just checked all of my wiring guides and they all list "Part of the window control module" I guess it is all data controlled.
Have you tried probing the switch wires itself? check if they are negative trigger. Maybe you can make the windows work from that. The only downside to this is, you will need to power on the ignition for windows to work.

Tried that on an 05 UK Mondeo, if I remember you had 12v+ constant, 12v+ignition, ground and a data wire going to the motor which was neg switched. I made the ignitions constant and run a ground wire from an aux then split it via 4 diodes. All I got were DTCs being thrown. It ain't worth it.
P.S. Can't you get window close by time extending the lock wire?
