OK white on the Avital to blue/green on the plug or to BROWN / blue at the Hazard switch set it for ground output.

That will give you a visual confirmation when you lock and unlock

One last question. Now that it's installed and I've configured the options, what happens when batter power is removed Do I need to re-configure the options (auto locking when ignition is shut off, domelight supervision, etc.)?? Or are they stored in memory even if battery power is removed?

No, non-volatile memory (Eprom as invented by the original owner of Clifford).

Try programming for comfort close and let me know what happens.
