Going to do my first T-Harness install on a 08 Chrysle Grand Caravan. I have the harness THAR-CHAR2 non tip start and the EVO-CHR. I usually install DEI units but was wondering what brands are compatable with the EVO-CHR data set up. I see there are different types...one way  two way and different protocols on the data, Can someone give me a little more information based on thier experience with installing this set up??? Thanks so much!!!!!!

Not sure which brand of R/S you are using.  However here is a link to Fortin that lists all the

remote start brands and models that directly support the Fortin DataLink Protocol :
https://ifar.ca/en/datalink/

Additionally, if you have the Fortin FlashLink USB cable I believe you can flash the EVO-CHR with

the DEI DBI D2D protocol and with the correct harness connect the bypass to a R/S unit that supports
that protocol.  Just check the "D2D" box when you use the FlashLink Updater program .

I believe Tedmond' is very familiar with Fortin and that bypass.  He can provide more info.

Soldering is fun!
