once a pioneer has noise issues then it will never go away. depending on what you do to fix it it might get better to the point where you can stand it or barely hear it but it will alway be there. if you can get it warrantied then i would do it but theres no garauntee that it wont do the same thing.

Thank you very much for that link. Are the yellow wires called amp fuzes? If so, where can I purchase these?

They are just basic In-Line Fuse holders.  Available at any auto parts store or at Radio Shack.  You do not need a large fuse holder, the smallest ones you can find will work fine.  You really need only one fuse holder.  It does not matter which RCA cable you connect it to, either the left or the right.

If you performed the test at the top of the page and determined that there is no electrical connection between the shield of the RCA and the chassis of the radio, then yes it will fix your problem.

Hello, I just recently installed some polk audio 6.5 inch component speakers in the front of my car and then hooked the speakers to a 4 channel alpine digital amplifier and the instruments sound up to par but the singers voice it much lower than the instruments so you can barely hear the singer. Any Suggestions? I also have a pioneer stereo. Thanks in advance.
