I used a Crimestopper RS4-G3 with a ADS-TB Bypass module

Lock/Arm and Unlock/Disarm in bottom plug of driver's kick panel. For unlock/disarm, a single pulse will unlock the drivers door and disarm the factory alarm (if equipped) and a double pulse will unlock all the doors.

Bypass wires located behind the glove box high in the passenger kick panel. Required for the ADS-TB Immobilizer bypass. I had to perform this procedure with the bypass, even to it programmed perfectly, to get the vehicle to start. ADS Tech Tip

How to access the security wire. (10) Clips will remove the trim around the radio. I find it easiest and the most dash friendly to using my non-marring pry tool to remove the trim. (Not required with the Fortin EVO ALL)

Magnetic 10mm socket a must for removing/installing this radio (Not required with the Fortin EVO ALL).

Located in the only harness plugged into the back of the climate controls (Not required with the Fortin EVO ALL).

This is a pretty simple vehicle (1-1.5hr). Since it's only a year old and I was bored, I figured I would give a pictoral post a shot. I would have used the EVO ALL but my boss has some vendetta against Fortin so we only carry ADS Modules. I don't no why he has a vendetta against Fortin, but it would save us tons of time not tying into the security light since we do all the Toyota Dealer's remote starts in town.

Great pictorial. With vehicles where the instructions want you to attach the security LED, I have not connected this wire and the bypass works perfectly. Just thought I'd add this to your information.

I'm aware of that. It's just a cosmetic thing so the security light doesn't come on while the vehicle is remote started. I think it's a waste of time but my boss is anal.

I forgot to mention if the plug in the DKP with the lock wires is unplugged, the drivers window switch loses power and has to be reset. The driver's window will roll up/down but you won't be able to control the passenger windows from the driver's switch.

To reset the drivers switch you must roll each passenger window up and continue to roll up for a second. You should hear a click from the one-touch relay in the window switch. Once you perform this on each door the driver's door switch will be able to control all the windows again.

Goofy I know and I didn't see anything in the owners manual but Toyota notified me of this procedure.

Lovely pics, two points.
1)Magnetic socket required, yes I know why, want a quick and dirty work round? When you undo the bolts and get near the end, use a magnetic pick-up.
When you replace the bolts wrap some insulating tape, one layer over the bolt head, it does work!
Last keep loads of M6 x 30mm bolts as spares!
2)Interesting point about jamming windows. A friend was given a Japanese grey import Previa derivative with the same problem, it took us two days to sort it out, again no Toyota info.

Other vehicles with the same window "trick" will usually restore "one -shot" operation as well.
All BMW
All Mercedes
All Euro GM (Opel/Vauxhall) and maybe the Buick/Saturn versions if they have comfort close.
All Ford with comfort close.
Rover 800/sterling (if any left on the road)

I wonder if the wiring is similar for a 2012 Camry?
