Does anyone have the install manual for the vs5000 from viper? The downloads section just appeared to have the LCD 5000 version.
Also, does anyone know if the vs5000 has a connection for the chall and the smart start module (separately) or will I have to wire-to-wire the chall in (as I have read on other models). If I do have to wire it up, is it pretty straightforward? (ie, yellow to yellow, etc)
Thanks so much for the help. There is a ton of good info here!

Ok found the guide under 560xv. Any info on the d2d ports?

For anyone else that might need to know, the d2d is used for the smart start module so the chall or flcan module has to be w2w. The w2w connection is only slightly more work but pretty easy to follow in the install guide. I do have one other issue on this vehicle but I already have another thread on it so this one can be closed.
