The DB-ALL is a full featured bypass module like the EVO-ALL.  The DB-ALL must be flashed with the correct firmware (  401.Mazda V1.10.11 currently, V1.10.14 is beta ).

It will do the door locks without relays.  Follow the Type 5 diagram in the DB-ALL install guide.  ( Very confusing guide.  The chart says it does the trunk release but there is no W2W wire shown in the diagram, same for window up / down.  Gotta love DEI......)

Soldering is fun!

Hi guys,
One more question viper 5904 - Page 2 -- posted image.?. I am trying to use DB-ALL with D2D option. Do I need to connect any wires from the 4 pin harness on the right bottom corner (see the install guide link - http://www.xpresskit.com/VehicleCompatibility.aspx?src=vs1&p=null&year=2009&make=Mazda&model=6&ps=1&s=0&c=0, which has (+) 12V, RX, (-)Ground, and TX. It doesn't look like I need to from the install guide, I just need to confirm.
Thanks,

As noted above, the DB-ALL install guide is confusing.

In W2W mode that port would not be used.  In D2D mode, that port will be used for the D2D harness

that goes to the Viper's D2D port.  It provides a communication path between the Viper and the DB-ALL
to perform all the functions of the dashed blue wires on the install diagram.  Notice in the module
programming guide, Page 9, Step 2a lists that D2D harness to be plugged in last.

The D2D harness should have been included with the DB-ALL.

Soldering is fun!

Thanks kreg357, Yes it is confusing, I think they do it on purpose so we keep do the installs at their garages!
