Hi all,
I hit a yard sale today and picked up an older generic Central door locking system.. Only $5... I am planning on installing these in my '66 chevy truck.. Question is... what am I looking for a remote control for this??? It obviously an older system but brand new in box.. For five bucks I thought I couldn't go wrong... there is a brown wire and white wire for the remote portion...Any ideas or has any dealt with this system before??Thanks for the help!!generic central door locking kit -- posted image.

You will need a complete remote KE system
The remote controls the brown and the white.

as it is out of the box that system should be set up so that if using the 5 wire actuators locking or unlocking either door will lock/unlock both, if you want remote capability youd have to purchase a keyless entry system and the brown and white wire would be the neg inputs that the keyless entry neg out puts would connect to for control
