Buy a replacement blank transponder chip key.  There are many sources available, inculding many on EBay.  About $9

Get the key cut at a local hardware store.  Verify if fits & turns in the door & ignition.  About $2

Follow this guide to program the new key to your Sequoia :

You must have one working key...

Soldering is fun!

You will have to go to the dealership and they should be able to program a key for you. Do you have any keys?
