ok, if you use D2D mode then you should only have a few basic connections to make at the ignition harness unless your bypass is compatible with the plug and play harness for that specific truck. either way it should be easy enough. if by some chance you still end up needing to add resistors then you will probably only have to add them straight to the wires from the bypass instead of having to use relays.
if your bypass happens to only be a transponder bypass then you will have to do it the old school way with nothing but relays and resistors being fed directly from the outputs of the remote starter, which can be a decent amount of headache especially if you arent good with relays.

Ya I suck at wiring in resistors an relays. Not a lot of experience with them. Since I been doing remote starters I've been pretty spoil ed lol too bad tho. The relay an resistor experience would be nice.

its really not that hard if you have to do it. all you are doing is changing a positive output from the remote starter to a negative output and adding a resister to the ground source you are passing through each relay. i wish i had a diagram for you to see

Actually anything from a 5 amp PCB type to a Bosch/Tycho standard auto relay, 4 pin 85 86 87 and 30.
You could also get a 5 pin where 87a isn't used.

It's a low current application, so a 10 Amp relay should be fine. You can use the standard Bosch style 30/40 Amp relays, too.

Your resistor values might be different, the diagram was for other vehicles.

However, if you are using a Fortin EVO-( ALL, CAN, CHR ) bypass, no relays and resistors are needed.  Are you using a Fortin bypass module?  If yes, which one?

Yes on the Ground When Running, (-) Status Output, (-) Third Ignition, (-) While Running wire.  Each manufacturer has their own name for this signal.
