Hey guys,
Im looking for wiring info for a 2013 sonata... non push button(reg key). My mother lost her car in Sandy and just picked this up yesterday.

Same as the 2012 model. I'm sorry to hear about losing the car from Sandy. But nice replacement. 2013 Hyundai Sonata Alarm/Remote Start Wiring -- posted image.
You shouldn't need an immobilizer bypass module as long as it's a US built Hyundai with regular key.
Search in the downloads section for Tech Tip 1300 for the door lock wiring. Fortin and Xpresskit also have a data module that will work the door locks.

12volts      green (30A)      +      ignition switch, white 6 pin plug, pin 1
Starter      yellow      +      ignition switch, white 6 pin plug, pin 3
Second Starter      N/A
Ignition      pink      +      ignition switch, white 6 pin plug, pin 4
Second Ignition      N/A
Third Ignition      N/A
Accessory      orange      +      ignition switch, white 6 pin plug, pin 2
Second Accessory      blue      +      ignition switch, white 6 pin plug, pin 6
Keysense      white      -      ignition key switch, white 6 pin plug, pin 4
Power Lock      white      -      dash fuse box, white 24 pin plug (D), pin 13
Power Unlock      yellow      -      dash fuse box, white 24 pin plug (D), pin 1
Notes: To unlock the driver door only, use yellow/orange (-) at the dash fuse box, rear, white 24 pin plug (F), pin 10.

Unlock Motor      red      5 wire      driver kick, white 56 pin plug, pin 11
Parking Lights+      GREEN/ black (L), BROWN / black (R)      +      dash fuse box, black 39 pin plug (A), pins 25 and 7

Everything in the Pictorial is the same for your 2013 Sonata except for the Defrost wire color.
