Absolutely, solder every connection. It's just that some are more important than others... 
( I even gently suggest it in my By-Line.)
On the other hand, how many times have we all stressed proper connections and then come to find out on page 8 of a problem install thread that the OP was using ScotchLocks or T-Taps?
Soldering is fun!
