Anyone seen those security lasers ?

they sit in the car and project the word SECURITY in red at whatever you care to point it at..

Ive just purchased 4 from autotoys.com

they took about three weeks to arrive but they are pretty cool.

Ive seen those. whats the purpose for those things? its just to display security or is it an extra sensor?

yeah it just displays security it is like a laser pointer that will put the word security werever you point it......... Security laser -- posted image.

its really just for show they serve no real purpose its like a scanner in a car thats in the same category.

how bright is it? I suppose that you must have some light colored spot to shine it off, right? this might be cooler than a red led to let ppl know your alarm is armed. and how big is the laser?
