They look good.  Not sure if it matters much on that truck but there is a Brown ACC2 wire.

Might try reprogramming the DB-ALL ( don't use them ).  Next would be going to W2W ( if you're D2D now ) and as a last resort a call to Directed Tech Support.

Not sure on your 2004 Silverado, haven't done any for a while.  Most vehicles will turn on the interior lights with an unlock while the engine is off but not while it is running.  You could try connecting the Vipers' Dome Light Supervision wire.

Dome Loght Supervision info from various sources ( they do conflict, so test ).

From Bulldog Security :

DOMELIGHT SUPERVISION   GRAY/BLACK (-)    @ BCM, BLACK PLUG, PIN E, SEE NOTE #3
NOTE #3: The BCM is located under the Drivers Side of the dash, the BCM has 6 plugs on it,
with the PURPLE plug on the back.

From ReadyRemote :

Dome Supervision  gray/black (+)     @ BCM, black plug, pin E

From AudioVox :

Domelight Super  USE ONE DOOR TRIGGER  (+)  IN HARNESS AT VEHICLE DOMELIGHT

From Omega :

Dome Light      DR (-) GY/BK,PAS (-) BLK/WHT       AT BCM (BLUE 24 PIN CONN) *

Viper:

H2/7 BLACK / YELLOW (-) 200mA DOME LIGHT SUPERVISION 0UTPUT

The Temp Gauge problem is strange.  Are you sure it wasn't happening before the R/S install?

There is a proceedure to re-calibrate those mirrors. I did it one time for a friend.. Google it, I am sure you will come up with the procedure...
