Has anyone used this module(discontinued) without the key before? Instead use resistance value setting. If yes, how dependable is it? I was thinking of using it on 2010 Nissan Rogue.

im pretty sure that wont work you need something to emulate the chip in the key

just get a dlpk they are pretty cheap

cheap? DLPK is about $45. With that price, I mind as well get the DBALL or XK09, keyhold loopless or ringless, whatever you call it.

Anyway, I'll try to see if I can try to get the resistance setting, if it doesn't work I could always use the KIB. This is only $10.

dlpk is loopless for that car if i recall and will give u the locks. good luck post up how it goes
