You have to remove the BSI box to get at various plugs.
You are looking for the following ignition.
Driver door trigger.
Side lights (not headlights).
Be very careful, most of the wiring on this vehicle was CAN and VAN data by then.
Here is your circuit. door_buzzer.bmp
You will need to probe the BSI box to find what you need.
This will buzz if you leave either the lights or the ignition on.
If you want just ignition I will have to alter the diagram.

A BMW circuit in a POS 207, apart from saying you want Armani to make your Walmart suit, there have been about 30 model variations and at least 4 electronics generations since 1980.
What BMW, model and year.
Oh why am I bothering the answer is in my last post anyway and to make the BMW sound you will need the BMW parts
apart from the fact that CRAP I meant French cars have NO standard wiring colours, forget it.

I think its time you wrote in your native language and let us translate that.
I thought you likes and wanted that beep sound.
And what is wrong with those 555 circuits?

No, but I suspect translation will not be a problem.
Write a sample text and I'll translate.
