i already have a method to accomplish this but maybe someone can suggest another method. I wanna get my mirrors folding in when the ignition is turned off, and out when it's turned on.

Two methods if standard wiring, think adding actuator in the Relay section.
Either use a pair of timed outputs from an alarm or a pair of 528ts from the ignition watch this space:- 837_mirror_fold.bmp
Set the 528ts for 1 second longer than it normally takes them to fold and unfold.
PS Mitsubishi uses a different system, a POS (+) pulse on 1 wire to fold, then a POS (+) pulse on another to unfold hence what vehicle.
You knew Uncle Howard would come to the rescue didn't you.
