I just looked on xpresskits site and it says the xk09 does have immobizer bypass So???

When you search the Xpresskit site, you will see 4 sets of results - Combo Modules Door lock Modules Transponder Override Modules Xpresskit Accessories The XK09 is listed under the "door lock modules" section which does NOT control the immobilizer. We can sing about this all day long but it doesn't do immobilizer bypass. You will either need a DBALL or a DLPKGM. The DBALL will control the door locks as well as immobilizer bypass and the DLPKGM will only do Immobilizer bypass. Im agreeing with you on both i prefer idatalink but these up sold me on this and I emailed xpresskit and they told me its a combo and would do the imobilizer so....

XK09 can do immobilizer on some cars, not this one. Look at that link I posted earlier. Under the "Data Override (No key required)" column, the DBALL is checked and the XK09 is not. The fact that you can't get it to bypass only confirms it.
