Last question how are switching this?

"h3/6 Pink/White Ignition 2/Flex Relay Output red(+) Ignition switch (change Viper programming to 2nd accessory2)

In the programming options for the viper there will be a setting for the Flex relay output. It will be either 2nd ignition (default) or 2nd accessory. You need to change it to 2nd accessory. The manual should tell you exactly how to change it.

I believe so, but I rarely use DEI so I can't say for sure. The manual should say what the defaults are.
