Thanks for the advice James!
I haven't had the chance to readjust my connections as howieII had advised. So when I do, I should:
1. Make my connections
2. Remove harness fuses
3. Reconnect ground
4. Make sure everything's right with the car
5. If so, reconnect fuses
Just want to be completely sure before I try and finish it up. Have really been sitting on this project for a while now and I want the next shot at it to be the final step. viper 5904, keeps trying to start car - Page 3 -- posted image.

*UPDATE*
Okay, I've taken the advice and put everything where it should be. The only thing I haven't done is the programming. It's 12:52 AM here so siren chirping coming from the connected garage probably is a thing shunned upon. As far as the cars automatic cranking, seems solved.
A problem I am noticing now is the parking lights are on, and I'm guessing the cars horns would like to blow as well, but I've disconnected them for now. This happening makes me feel as if its an OEM alarm, but I know for sure this model isn't equipped with one.
Another problem I'm noticing is the lock/unlock feature on the alarm isn't working. I've diode isolated (cathodes toward the car) both the brown and white wires on the power lock switch. I believe the default setting for the alarm is to engage the lock/unlock with the arm/disarm, so I'm ruling out programming as the issue.

I forgot to mention that the status light on the antenna stays on even through the drive.
