I just recenly finished installing a viper 5904V on my 91 celica. My LED from transponder was working fine las week and now it's not blinking at all when the system is armed. Is there a way to bring the light back again? Thanks

Everything works i can arm, disarm and remote start it no problem except the light

Did you check to insure that it is plugged in still?

yah i made sure both side are plugged in still does not work

i sent the tronsponder back and got a new one. i plugged it in the LED still does not blink or light up at all. what could it be the problem is there any alternative to add another LED in the system. thanks

how about test the LED? Keep in mind it is 2V. Unplug it from the module. Fab up some little jumpers. Use a AA battery as a power source. I don't know the polarity offhand, so try both polarities. If neither work, something has happened to the LED or the wiring to it.

the wire cable between the unit and the trransponder 4 wires how can you check it for voltage

Which wire is it from viper 5904v that will give out output voltsge upon disarming so i csn use it for my interior light

Red (+) and pink (-) use a DMM or a 1.5 volt battery, AA. AAA.

If everything works, assume either the LED or the LED driver in the brain.
