I have a actuator similar to this
http://www.parts-express.com/high-power-door-lock-actuator-2-wire--330-010
Its two wires, connecting one wire to positive will push the rod out and connecting the other wire to positive will pull the rod.
I want to use it to unlock the truck of my car with my alarm.(neg aux output)
How can I supply reverse priority after activating it in one direction?

What do you mean by unlocking the trunk? You just want to power it to pop open?

i want the actuator to extend when i give a aux/trunk open output from the alarm but it needs to retract so i can close the trunk.
on this two wire actuator reversing the polarity retracts it.

Maybe you should try a DEI 522t. I only put one it and I thought it was a PITA.

Check the diagram I posted, you would have to use aux 1 and aux 2, instead of lock and unlock

That would mean i would need to press aux 2 to bring the actuator back to close position?
what if i use the negative signal from the trunk light switch? would the actuator stay powered while the trunk is open?

All is irrelevant unless you give year, make, model of vehicle. Does your vehicle already have electric trunk pop? You are wanting to add electric trunk pop? Why not use what is available, instead of repurposing door lock actuator, use a trunk pop one.

give me some credit, the 06 camry doesn't have electric trunk pop, i'm trying to not buy a trunk pop one.
