There are other ways. The CRV has a Disarm wire from the drivers door key cylinder that will disarm the CRV. You could directly connect the Vipers Factory Alarm Disarm wire to this wire in the CRV.
Here is the info from ReadyRemote :
Factory Alarm Disarm     Brown (driver door key cylinder) (-)      @ driver kick, door harness
Also see Menu 3, Item 7, Option 3
Soldering is fun!

Testing might be required to ensure that a single 0.8 second pulse from the Viper to this wire doesn't also unlock the door(s).

Great I am going to do that. I already have the disarm wire in place. it just needs connected. Also I am assuming you meant menu 2 unless there is something I missed.
Your help has been perfect thank you again. I'm glad you were able to confirm my thoughts. Everything should work out splendid now.
I will let you know how it works. I won't get to it till tomorrow. Happy new year

Yes, Menu 2, Item 7, not Menu 3.  Sorry, I was on the road during that reply.  2010 honda crv viper 5704 - Page 2 -- posted image.

I connected the disarm wire from the brain to the disarm wire on the car, and programmed as you stated above. Everything works brilliantly! Thank you again!
